Malù Exclusive Retreat's private hammam accommodates up to 2 people and is lined with an exclusive "forest in the fog" effect, enveloping guests in a dreamy atmosphere that gives the sensation of being immersed in the quiet of nature.

Our Ski & Bike Room is a comfortable and functional space to store your ski equipment, ensuring your boots are always dry and ready to hit the slopes every day among the enchanting mountains of the Abruzzo Apennines.
But it's not just ski storage: you can also store and recharge up to 4 e-bikes, making this space ideal for those who love to explore the trails by bicycle and fully enjoy outdoor experiences.

Adjacent to the Ski Room on the ground floor is the tavern, a private area with a 52″ Smart TV and sofa. This is a dedicated space for comfort and relaxation, providing an opportunity to enjoy the peace and serenity of the house and immerse yourself in tranquility.

Kitchen: equipped with oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, toaster, fondue and raclette set.
Bedrooms: 1 French double bed, 2 bunk beds. Upon request: 1 double sofa bed, 1 camp bed. Facilities: 2 private bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom complete with linens, soap, and toilet paper.
Laundry: amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and cordless vacuum cleaner.
Cleaning: an extra cleaning service is available upon request for a fee during your stay.
Home security: a medicine chest, alarm with CO and smoke sensor, and a fire extinguisher are provided.
Entertainment: 2 Smart TVs (37” and 52”) with Premium channels, Wi-Fi connection, and a selection of board games including Monopoly, Cluedo, Guess Who, Jenga, poker cards, Neapolitan cards, and Uno. Additionally, there's home automation management of lights.
